School Resources
In partnership with local schools, Josselyn has compiled a list of mental health resources and contacts at New Trier High School, North Shore Country Day School, Lake Forest Academy, and Glenbrook South High School. From coping strategies to support groups and information on mental health care, these resources may be able to help you to navigate stress, overcome obstacles, and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
