Open Studio Art Therapy Group

Share and Receive Support Alongside Peers

Purpose

To promote personal growth and emotional well-being by providing a safe, supportive environment for group members to explore life’s challenges through creative expression. By engaging with different therapeutic themes each week, client’s will have opportunities to reflect, connect and gain insights while building resilience and self-awareness. The open studio format will also allow them to explore different mediums, letting them find what resonates best with their emotions and artistic style. Each week group leaders will introduce a therapeutic theme that prompts reflection and creation. Themes may include connection to others, gratitude, identity, loss and inner critic.

  • Participant Details – Open to emerging through middle adulthood (18-35+), with individuals exploring life transitions, relationships and friendships, communication, identity, role responsibilities, or any other emerging topics.
