Josselyn’s Take 5 For Mental Health initiative creates and shares meaningful conversations on mental health. This edition features Pablo Alvarez, who is a School Counselor at Highland Park High School.

Pablo has been an educator for over twenty years. He enjoys working with youth during their critical formative years. His additional roles at HPHS include leading counseling groups, coaching the chess team, and advocacy work with first-generation and Spanish-speaking families. Pablo is also a deeply involved community member and serves as a Moraine Township trustee.
