To create a safe and non-judgmental space for group members to explore their neurodivergence, process their experiences, and learn skills to manage their ADHD symptoms

  • Participant Details – Open to Josselyn clients age 18+ who have been diagnosed with ADHD, struggle with ADHD symptoms, and are interested in processing symptoms and learning skills in a group. Group participation may be expanded to adults who have self-diagnosed ADHD. Members must be out of high school to participate in the group.
