DBT & Beyond: Building Mindfulness Group

Share and Receive Support Alongside Peers


To create a safe and non-judgmental space for adults who are struggling with emotional regulation, depression, and anxiety while trying to build mindfulness skills

  • Participant Details – Open to adults age 18+ who are out of high school
  • Date & Time – Meets Tuesdays at 12 pm via Zoom
  • Framework – Group members should be open to a variety of experiences, including journaling, breathwork, worksheet exercises, movement, visualization, and short guided reflection or meditations. Please note that gentle movements and breathing exercises would accommodate all abilities. Facilitators are open to accommodating a hybrid hour of in-person and Zoom session if possible or useful.
