Josselyn HR March Madness
For the month of March, Josselyn employees will receive a $1,000 referral bonus for their contacts who are referred, hired, and pass their 90-day probationary period.

- Josselyn also shares job posts and hiring information on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. If you reshare these posts with your networks, you may spark someone’s interest and start the initial conversation!
- Use a personal touch – When reaching out to your contacts, share why you like working at Josselyn. Topics to mention:

Referral Steps
- Review your contacts and brainstorm on who you would like to be a part of the Josselyn team and who would be a good fit.
- Ask your contact(s) to apply to the relevant position. You can find all our job postings here.
- After your contact(s) have applied, email Liz Fruth ([email protected]) with the contact’s name and position to verify that the application was received.
- Liz will schedule an initial interview with the person as soon as possible. And she will also enter you into an additional contest for our March Madness applicants (more information will be coming soon)!
If your contact completes the interview process, is hired, and passes their 90-day probationary period, you will receive $1,000.
