Josselyn’s Take 5 For Mental Health initiative aims to raise awareness and reduce stigma, highlighting diverse perspectives on mental health topics through personal stories, life experiences, and varying expertise. This edition features Dani Herrera Dent, Ed.S., who is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Group Therapist at Josselyn.

Within their role at the IOP, Dani works to provide individualized care that is tailored to each client’s needs. “It’s a customized approach with the client’s input. It’s like we’re handing the microphone over to the client instead of speaking for them,” they said.
