In May, Josselyn recognized Mental Health Awareness Month with not one but two Spring Luncheons. Together, we raised $145,000 to provide critical support for programs like Camp Neeka, our adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program, Nuestro Josselyn, and psychological testing.
Thanks to our incredible community, both events were energy-filled gatherings that helped raise awareness and funds for Josselyn’s youth mental health programming. So many people recognize the urgency of supporting youth mental health that this led to the expansion of two luncheons for the first time ever. Both luncheons were sold out and included more than 330 attendees, a record for this event now in its 17th year.

Expert panelists Maggie Nash, LCSW, M.Ed., and Michelle Magida, Ph.D., LCPC, LBS1, shared eye-opening insights on youth and digital media. Their message? The need for healthy boundaries and guidance around tech use is more urgent than ever. If you’d like to view or share their top tips, you can find more resources on our Teen Tech page.

On behalf of all the children and families we serve, thank you for showing up, speaking out, and supporting Mental health for all.
