Relationship To Josselyn
I’m a Fellow and I help teach Mental Health First Aid trainings.

What draws you to Josselyn’s mission?
I admire Josselyn’s mission to provide mental health care to all, regardless of income or insurance. I’m also drawn to how Josselyn makes getting help comfortable and approachable.

What’s your favorite mental health resource?
My first choice would be Brené Brown podcasts because they are always recommended to me.

If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?
I’ve always wanted to be good at drawing and painting, which are two things I love, but sadly, am not very good at.

Current show you are binging?
I’ve been watching Schitt’s Creek on repeat. Although I just finished Mare of Easttown and loved it.
