After School Program
Purpose: To help students’ social and emotional growth, promote academic success through increasing self-esteem, and develop life skills that address their individual needs.
Community Support Groups
- Provides a safe community space for students after school and offers access to other health services such as case manager support, individual therapy, community support groups, and psychiatry
- Helps identify needs and connects students to existing community resources
Art Therapy Groups
- Creates a safe space, supports the art-making process, and helps individuals connect their mind and body while creatively processing thoughts, emotions, and experiences
- Participation in art therapy does not require artistic skill
- Art therapy is inclusive, open to all cultures, ages, and genders

Case Management
Through a holistic approach, Nuestro Josselyn provides counseling, therapeutic services, and community resources to help individuals and families navigate challenges. Case management services include:
- Personalized support in connecting with community resources
- Developing action plans
- Addressing social, emotional, and practical needs
The goal is to empower clients to overcome barriers, improve their mental health, and enhance their overall quality of life. The center fosters a safe, culturally sensitive environment where clients can access the support they need to thrive.
Senior Group
To provide emotional, social, and practical support to elderly individuals. This program offers a safe space for seniors to:
- Connect with others
- Share experiences
- Receive guidance on navigating the challenges of aging
Through the group, participants gain access to mental health resources, wellness activities, and community services. The goal is to enhance the quality of life for seniors by fostering a sense of belonging, promoting mental and emotional well-being, and ensuring they are connected to vital resources and support.


Parent Support Group
This program is designed to provide emotional support, guidance, and resources to parents and caregivers. This group creates a safe space for parents to:
- Connect
- Share experiences
- Receive advice on addressing challenges related to parenting, family dynamics, and cultural adjustments
The group focuses on building skills to strengthen family relationships, promote positive parenting practices, and navigate social and emotional challenges. Participants also gain access to community resources and case management support, empowering them to better support their children’s well-being and success.
Community Events
These programs and activities are designed to bring together members of the community to celebrate culture, promote wellness, and strengthen social connections. These events offer a variety of opportunities for participants to
