Mindfulness For Self-Compassion Skills Group

Share and Receive Support Alongside Peers

Purpose

To create a space to learn and practice mindfulness skills and exercises that will help increase self-compassion

  • Participant Details – Open to current Josselyn clients age 18+ who are experiencing anxiety, stress, or low self-esteem

  • Date & Time – Meets via Zoom on Mondays at 6 pm

  • Framework – Each session will begin with a check-in. Facilitators will then teach a new skill or concept. The group will practice this skill together and process the experience before closing. Facilitators will also provide suggested “homework” exercises for participants to complete using a provided practice log

  • Co-Leaders – Hannah Johnson and Katie Wodziak
