Share and Receive Support Alongside Peers

Purpose

To create a safe space to help individuals to better manage their anxiety symptoms and learn coping skills

  • Participant Details – Open to Josselyn clients age 18+
  • Date & Time – Meets Thursdays from 4 to 5 pm via Zoom
  • Framework – Group members will learn to better manage anxiety symptoms in daily life, have a safe space to reflect on their worries and anxieties while connecting with others, and learn coping skills that work for them to utilize when they are feeling anxious.
  • Facilitators – Isabella Maciejewski, Amy Hong, and Nicole Denman
