The Josselyn Center Benefit

This year, Josselyn's fall fundraising event, “Funding Josselyn’s Journey,” hosted by The Center’s Board of Directors, featured Oscar winner, Marlee Matlin.

Matlin shared her story of overcoming challenges and building resilience on Saturday, November 11 at the newly opened LOFT21, located in Lincolnshire.

The night’s events also included a cocktail reception, gourmet dinner, a live auction and paddle raise.

Through the support raised through this event, The Josselyn Center is able to reach clients with complex and serious diagnoses before the point of crisis.

10th Annual Spring Luncheon

Wednesday, May 9, 2018

Supporting Camp Neeka & Children’s Services

Camp Neeka is our six-week therapeutic summer day camp for children ages 8–12. Through traditional camp activities and specially designed programs, children build friendships and self-esteem.

Just like Camp Neeka and many of the other children’s services it supports, this event is fun and educational. This year, Josselyn welcomes Keynote speaker, Judith Guest, Author of the acclaimed  novel, “Ordinary People.” Judith will share the story of her personal mental health journey and more via interview with medical reporter, Margaret Shortridge Werd.

In conjunction with the luncheon Josselyn will hold its traditional jewelry raffle. Items will include pieces from India Hicks, Stella & Dot, Rock Goddess Jewelry, and more! Boutiques will be onsite from 10 am to 11:30 am for shopping prior to the start of, and for a short time after, the luncheon.  All pop-up shops will be donating a percentage of their sales to The Josselyn Center. It’s a win-win! Boutiques will include India Hicks, Stella & Dot, Simply Charmed, Artist Meghan Borah, and more.

Tickets for the Lunch and Presentation are $90.00; and, table of 12 is $1000.00

97% of youth participating in our programs qualify for a sliding fee scale or camp scholarship based on income eligibility. Your support will make a difference!
