Client Account Specialist 

The Josselyn Center, NFP is actively seeking to fill the full time position of Client Account Specialist to join our team.  We are a caring and compassionate team and are looking for a like-minded candidate to fill this important role.

This positon is responsible for opening the office and will work 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.  Responsibilities will include the management of the client database including insurance and billing, daily deposits, client fee sets, staff credentialing and receptionist coverage.  This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and also works closely with the Business Manager.

Desired Skills: Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and have a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Prior medical billing experience is preferred.  Working knowledge of Word and Excel.  Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare is desirable.

Development Assistant (Part-time)

The Development Assistant works with the Director of External Affairs. Director of Development and the President to provide day-to-day organization, and administration of fundraising, marketing and PR activities.  The successful candidate will work with our donor base including individuals, corporations, and charitable foundations, to insure all information and correspondences are timely, accurate and professional. Psychiatrist 

The Josselyn Center, a Community Mental Health Agency in Northfield, IL, is looking to hire a part time Psychiatrist. The Psychiatrist provides psychiatric evaluation and ongoing psychiatric medication monitoring, and assesses for medication compliance. Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse

The Josselyn Center, a Community Mental Health Agency in Northfield, IL, is looking to hire a part time APN. Psychiatric APN provides psychiatric evaluation and ongoing psychiatric medication monitoring, and assesses for medication compliance.
