The Josselyn Center 2011 Past Events...

Monday, February 7, 2011 - The Josselyn Center participated in the fabulous Heart of Glenview event celebrating 10 great Oscar nominated movies.  The Josselyn Center's special celebration of "The Sting" and other classic movies and a sampling of wonderful food from local restaurants.  The event was held at the Regal Stadium Glen 10, in Glenview.  Tickets were $40 each.  100% of the proceeds from our ticket sales supports The Josselyn Center's programs and services. Saturday, February 26, 2011 - The Josselyn Center was delighted to participate once again, in the Carson Pirie Scott Community Day.  This was a wonderful opportunity for us to raise dollars for The Josselyn Center as well as offer our family, friends and neighbors great discounts.    Click here for more information on this event

May 10, 2011 - The Women's Committee of The Josselyn Center hosted its Third Annual Luncheon featuring Roberta Rubin of The Book Stall at Chestnut Court, who discussed great new books for summer reading.  The event was held at Northmoor Country Club, in Highland Park. June 20, 2011 - 16th Annual Golf Outing at the Pine Meadow Golf Club in Mundelein. A round of golf on one of the nation's premier public courses, followed by a barbecue dinner featuring entertainment and a fabulous raffle.  Most importantly, a day set-aside to raise funds for the mental health programs and services of The Josselyn Center.  Click here for photos of event

Saturday, September 24, 2011 - The Josselyn Center's 60th Anniversary celebration was held at The Arts Club of Chicago.  This wonderful event included cocktails, dinner and a performance by E. Tuesday, October 18, 2011 -  Annual Meeting.  Open to the public.  Temple Jeremiah.

Friday, October 28, 2011 -  Jean Paul Ohadi Conference on children and adolescents with Bipolar disorders.  Held at Temple Jeremiah in Northfield, IL. 

Wednesday, November 16, 2011 -  "Academic Entertainer" Barbara Rinella presented her special book interpretations at a luncheon that was held at the Skokie Country Club.  The proceeds for this event supports the Foundations for Wellness program.  Please click here for information and photos from this event.
