Camping aspirations: (From left) The Josselyn Center Women's Committee Reggie Siske of Glencoe;

Dania Leemputte of Winnetka; Sue Stewart of Glencoe; Vicki Kyle of Winnetka; Joanne Steinback

of Northfield; and Mari Gimbel and Jeanette Beavers, both of Highland Park, show their support for

the center's new Camp Neeka, a six-week therapeutic summer day program for children ages

8-12 years old, at a tapas luncheon fundraiser on May 13, 2009 at Tapas Gitana in Northfield.

Ninety-six attendees learned about Camp Neeka ("friend" in Illini language), that offers kids

sports, games, arts and crafts and field trips to Chicago attractions - all under the guidance of

trained clinicians.  It takes over $1,000 to send a child to Camp Neeka.
